At the end of the trading price of gold
early this morning observed a significant decline . This precious metal
commodity prices finally closed negative after failing to re- achieve the
highest level in 5 weeks . Dollar rally that happened last night resulted in
the erosion of demand for the precious metal .
The exchange rate of the dollar against its
main rivals have increased and reached the highest position in the first week
of the commencement of the meeting along with officials of the Fed . Meanwhile the
prices of wholesale goods unexpectedly fell in September . This caused a
decline in interest in gold as a means of hedging against inflation . While the
price of crude oil is also a factor that eroded resulting terpukulnya gold
prices .
The Fed last night negotiating session to
start mementukan future monetary policy . Fed will announce tonight how
monetary policy further . Expected results of the negotiations are still going
to show that the Fed maintains program scale pemberlian monthly bond worth 85
billion dollars per month .
LLG spot price of gold at the end of trading
this morning looked closed at 1344.95 dollars per troy ounce . LLG spot price
of gold at the end of trading this morning posted a decline of 7.50 dollars
compared to the previous closing .
Comex gold futures for December contract
seems to have decreased by 0.5 percent and closed at 1345.50 dollars per troy
ounce . Yesterday gold futures prices briefly rose to the position of 1361.80
dollars , the highest since September 20.
Analysts estimate that the spot gold price
movements LLG still has the potential to rise even today will be limited . For
a while the gold price is expected to move in the range of 1345 - 1360 dollars
per troy ounce .
